Take Your Next Step

Your Next Step

Our vision is to help you become an outward-focused follower of Jesus, and that is a life-long journey. Whether you're just starting out or you've been on the path for some time, spiritual growth requires three ongoing rhythms in your life: Connecting with Jesus, Growing with Jesus, and Going with Jesus. Learn more about each below, then select the box at the bottom of the page that best describes where you are in your faith journey to discover your next step.

Connect with Jesus

An outward-focused follower of Jesus prioritizes knowing Jesus personally. Like any relationship, to truly know someone, we must spend time with them. Connecting with Jesus means getting to know him through relational practices like reading the bible and talking with him in prayer. The more we get to know him, the more we grow to love him, trust him for guidance, and follow his example.

Grow with Jesus

An outward-focused follower of Jesus experiences life-change by connecting with him personally and by engaging in community with his followers. God designed us to grow spiritually and emotionally by sharing our life in Christ with others. Jesus himself modeled this approach. Whether 1-on-1, in small groups of 3 or 12, or in larger groups of 70 or more, he shared life with them and helped them apply his truth to everyday situations.

Go with Jesus

An outward-focused follower of Jesus is called to follow his example of self-giving love so that others might know and follow him. Jesus called this serving others and making disciples. Our mission is to live out our faith and share his love in our families, communities, workplaces, and around the world.

Jesus said, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind'. This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.' The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.” Matthew 22:37-40 (NLT)
