First Place 4 Health Small Group

A Christ centered weight loss and health program where attendees learn how to give God first place in all 4 areas of their life - emotional, physical, mental and spiritual based on Mark 12:30 "Love the Lord your God with all your heart with all your soul with all your mind and with all your strength."  This group is open to any adult looking to achieve a healthy balance in their life with Jesus being the center of their life.
