Elementary Camp - 3rd thru 5th grade, fall '11
Your camp begins in 3… 2… 1…
Time is of the essence! In a split second, you might find yourself engaged in laser tag, water fun, worship, shaving cream wars, bible study, crafts, small group discussion, or the zip-line! It will be up to you to determine how much fun you can have!
Life’s spur-of-the-moment decisions force us to think quickly when faced with bullying, jealousy, or forgiveness. “Minute to Win It” Camp will challenge 3rd-5th graders to think on your feet and make good choices in your relationships.
Joseph’s brothers made decisions that changed their lives and the course of history. When the clock is ticking and emotions run high, how will you respond? Will it be “game over” or will you take a minute to choose a winning attitude?
“Minute to Win It” Camp will be at Grace with one bus trip to an aquatic center. You will be placed in tent groups by gender and grade. Tent leaders will guide you throughout the two and a half days of games and spiritual growth. You can’t lose!
Camp Orientation (optional) is Wednesday, July 5th from 7:00pm until 8:00pm. Campers and parents will meet their tent leaders and get more details about camp.
Camp begins on Thursday, July 7th at 9:00 am and ends with an awards ceremony Saturday, July 9th at 11:00 am. Hurry! Register now to ensure your place at Camp “Minute to Win It”!
The $65 registration fee per child covers the costs of food, entry fees into the Gardner Aquatic center, a t-shirt, and other onsite activities . The registration form lists a variety of ways parents can get involved in the Minute to Win It Camp. Your involvement allows us to keep the cost of camp low. We would also just love to have parents join our volunteer team and be a part of this exhilarating camp.
